Texas, week 2, intensity

Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)

3x1 back squat (235,245,255)
3x1 shoulder press (105,110,115 [f])
4x1 weighted pullup (80,90,100 [chin at bar],100 [chin ~1" below bar])

Back squats felt great. I'm a little worried that I may have been a hair shallow on the last rep; I'll try to video next time. Presses felt fine, although I'm always surprised how adding just 5# can make this lift much harder. Haven't done singles with weighted pullups in awhile (last time here). I got curious after reading this thread on one-armed pullups. I think I should be able to hit 3/4 bodyweight shortly.

I've been skipping the Recovery days. We'll see whether climbing will be an adequate substitute.
