Warm-up:
deadlift (triples to 225#)

3x3 deadlift (275,295,315)

"Micro-Cindy"
AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

BL: 7 rounds in 5:03

Couldn't resist some pulling today, so snuck in a very short workout with some metcon for good measure. Deadlifts felt easy today, although I need to keep an eye out for back rounding at 315. Micro-Cindy was fun!
