Brought my rings to the track today to see if there were any good branches to hang them off of; I figured I'd get Adrienne working on jumping pull-ups. I found something that was almost good enough, but not quite, so we opted for burpees and tabata stuff instead. I think Wednesday we're going to hit up the gym and do some lifts.
