Texas, week 4, volume
Warm-up:
back squat (to 5x155#)
5x5 back squat (190)
5x5 bench press (125)
3x2 deadlift (315,325,335)
Squats felt tough, but depth was good. Can go up 5# next week. Bench felt fine, but maybe only go up 5# on first three sets next week. Deadlifts felt great; went up nice and easy. Surprising given how hard 350# felt the other day.
