Done on high pull-up bar at Palladium, probably at least 12" above my standing reach. Used mixed grip, left palm in right palm out. Linking the jump out of the squat with the pull-up is key to being efficient; when my timing was off and I had to pause and reset before jumping to the bar it was both slower and more tiring.
Pretty exhausted from traveling this weekend. Performance mostly limited by desire and drive, but it was a burner regardless. Started fast and then down to sets of 5 - should be able to go faster with less rest and more consecutive reps.
