AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 thrusters (65#)
10 pullups (I used rings to stay by barbells)
BL: 9 rounds on the dot
Brutal. Pullups limiting, due to extremely limited kipping in the power rack (height and space). Probably doesn't matter anyways, cause I only figured out how to kip on rings by round 5. Little surprised to find that I've lost about 4-5 pounds; I've noticed I'm a bit leaner but didn't realize how much. Partly due to the increased bike riding; time to eat more food!

Yeah, this workout really sucks. This is your second time doing it though right? Do you remember what you got last time?
I think this is the first time I've done it. The other thruster+pullup combo I've tried also nearly killed me.
Lean mean kipping machine! It's like a Frandy...
I only thought you had cause I referenced said workout when I did this one a long time ago . I think you said it sucked then too
Found it. Funny thing is I did it too, and clearly didn't remember either. Good thing we post these up!
Wow, that's hilarious Scott. Good thing we log this stuff, cause when I saw the post I clearly remember the headache that this workout induced.
