I weighed in at 138# today, so the last set put me at exactly 2.5 times bodyweight. Alright fine, it's a bit of a technicality since I'm a couple of pounds lighter than usual today, but it's still damned close! Last rep took some time to get above the knees, and I was very close to passing out on the eccentric half. Oh, and it was the fat bar too!
