workout:
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

SS: 155, 4x165

Felt good squatting today. Got to really put that form work into action, using the enitre posterior chain instead of just my legs. Lifted the same amount of weight this time as I did last time when it was 5x3, so there's some improvement there for sure.
