Nice to go back to the gym. Initially, we were going to do the cooldown workout for three rounds, but I started getting really pukie-feeling so we called it a night. Also got a bit of an exertion headache, both of which likely result from my not going to the gym for extenuating circumstances. Felt good to work today though, I felt like I really improved my squatting technique. I'd had problems with keeping my core locked, and had tilted by head WAY back to sort of trick my body into doing the right thing. Instead Eric just told me to use my butt, and lo and behold, I could do a decent squat with good form. woo-hoo!
Last time I did squats here, before that, Eric and I had done some front squats. So, this may be the first time Eric's done back squats with some weight since PT. He put up some nice weight for all that, huh?

Nice work guys! The first couple of days back after a break are always the worst. You'll feel great in no time.
