ME Upper

warmup: 1/3 mile run

Crossfit WOD 080422:

Weighted pull-ups, 7x1 reps

SS: 55, 65, 3x70, 70(f), 65(f), 65

cooldown:
5x3 shoulder press (95, 100, 105, 2x110)

Nice to do some upper work today. Definitely happy with the shoulder press weight. It's been a looong time since I've done them, but they felt really strong today. I get the sense that there's a nasty metcon coming up in the crossfit mix. One guy on the board suggested Linda/Fran/Murph. We can only hope.

Good work with heavy weights! I'm seriously thinking of using a harness as a belt for weighted dips/pullups...
