5x3 Deadlifts

SS: 255, 265, 3x275

Almost dropped the bar on the last round of deadlifts. Transferred to a switch grip on the second round. I was just thinking I needed to go do some deadlifts, so it was nice of crossfit to oblige me. Last time I did deadlift triples here. Short post, but I haven't had lunch yet and I'm starving. Yeah deadlifts.

Nice Scott, I'll be pulling today as well. What's this I hear about the smoking?!

Yeah, turns out smoking would kep me awake when I was at the lab late working on grant stuff. Coffee and caffeine would just knock me out and this method was pretty effective. One pack lasted about 2 months. If you got other stay awake ideas, I'd be glad to listen.
