Tabata progress

Tabata push-ups (6 rounds)
Wk1: 19, 16, 12, 11, 9, 6
Wk2: 23, 21, 16, 11, 9, 8

Quick tabata session while working at home (keeps the blood flowing!). Have to do the squats sometime tomorrow, busy making roasted pork shoulder (pernil) - I'll post how that turns out tomorrow...
