3x10 overhead situp (45# plate)

Running intervals (1-1 work-rest, incline = 4):
1/8 mi at 6:40 min/mi pace
1/8 mi at 6:31 min/mi pace
1/8 mi at 6:31 min/mi pace
1/8 mi at 6:31 min/mi pace

Modeled after the PMenu WOD, but I skipped the pullups to save my elbows for climbing this week. Squatting two days in a row sucks. Inclines make running much worse.

Haha, I have been very tempted to gear up and load a weighted pack on and use the stairclimber for an hour or so ... may get some strange looks.

You have the park, probably more functional to get outside and moving, though I understand the perils of hucking stuff around the hood...
