400 meter run (treadmill, incline=1.5)

30 back extensions

About 15 seconds each way from treadmill to back extensions, and the stupid treadmill would shut down between runs. Probably needed the rest anyways.
A grinder; all sets were broken by the end. Running after back extensions is really uncomfortable. Man, I swear these new Crossfit WODs are getting harder!
