No legs now either


Warm-up:
0.5 mi run

For time:
150 squats
800 m run (treadmill, incline=1.5)
150 squats

BL: 15:01

Tried a workout that Kenway and Eric did awhile back. Tough, and I sure felt the results of yesterday's deadlifts. Heart rate right around 195-200 bpm over the course of the run. Used a mirror to make sure I wasn't shorting the squats.
