A little leg work

For time:
150 squats
800 m run (subbed 1 mi stationary bike, level 15)
150 squats

ED: 11:53
KL: 11:30

Blasted through this one, Eric lost some time checking for treadmills. Best to do it next time (far in the future, hopefully) with a med ball or bench as a target, as it's easy to short the squats when you're doing them for speed. Form got better in the last set, as the speed went down I noticed I was sitting into the bottom of every rep. Good metabolic workout - my HR was still in the 130s 10 min post, and I was sweating for a good half hour afterward.

We subbed the bike because the treadmills were taken, a run would of taxed the quads a little less but I think it would have been appropriately tougher to carry your own weight. Hoped I saved a little for climbing tomorrow...
