Busy night
Picked a crazy day to hit the climbing gym; there were tons of really good climbers running around with little scorecards ticking off routes, turns out it was some league event that happens every Thursday. Despite this we managed to get some good climbing in. We all started on a new white 5.9 out front, bottom was easy, but the top was overhung with some weird holds that had everyone switching hands before the finish. I failed (again) on the peanut and Obe's 5.11 slab in the back, but got 2 moves higher on his 5.10 on the arete (using Erica's beta). Eric gritted through a fun 5.9 (yellow) that came up out of the tunnel and required some painful-looking stemming. Kenway flashed a nice 5.11 (red) in the back that looked so fun that Eric and I tried it (no dice).
BTW, missed you Scottle, glad to hear the data is coming in though.

Some good new routes going up...
One thing we should try is doing two (or more) routes at a time - it'll be more efficient timewise and, more importantly, will help build endurance.
Sure ... when I get around to finishing one ...
Amen to that. I think I would pair a harder route with an easier one to keep the burn down - think of it as greasing the groove...
