Warm-up:
0.25 mi run

Crossfit WOD 022108
Four rounds for time of:
400 meter run (treadmill, incline=1.5)
50 squats

BL: 13:54 (1:58/0:59, 2:11/1:35, 1:58/1:35, 2:10/1:24)

Ring work (reps of complex: pullup + assisted pull to support + 3 dips)
Then, three rounds of:
10 ring pushups
10 situps (feet unsupported)

Ahhh, lung failure + muscle failure, what a combo! I took the tortoise approach so as not to smoke myself to early. The guys demoing this workout got some flak on the CF boards for failure to fully extend the hips at the top of the squat, so I used a mirror to make sure I wasn't shorting the top or bottom of the squats.

Kenway, I did this on the treadmill, although it would have been awesome to do it outside (surely would have burned a few more calories freezing to death).
