Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press (subbed 80%BW: 150#)
Pull-ups (strict, no kipping)
SS: 9/7, 6/5, 6/5, 5/5, 4/3
ED: 12/4, 7/4, 6/3, 5/3, 3/3
cooldown:
~75m walking lunges (66 steps SS, 72 steps ED)
2x1 minute planks (one each side: front, left, right)
A good workout. Still haven't repeated score from first time, but at least beat the shoddy hotel workout considering this was done at a marginally higher weight. Eric went nuts on the bench presses and put in some strong work. Technically, this workout should be done kipping, but it's really difficult with the setup at the gym so we went no kip (also to retain consistency with previous attempts)
