This workout was fun. Definitely went to muscle failure on the last few rounds trying to squeeze a few more reps in. Arms were ridiculously pumped afterwards. Eric had to leave early so missed out of the cooldown fun. The BBP was bad again, though my legs didn't cramp as bad today. The squats are feeling better too, just gotta keep working them. Of note, Eric did these pull-ups with no machine assist and no kipping, so that's a hell of an improvement. Strong work!

Aw shucks, my shoulder was feeling spicy, so I missed out on this one.
What kind of rests were you guys taking between rounds?
Nothing too long. We kept a fairly good pace throughout. Some people on the forums said no rest, some said 5 mins. We did no rest between benches and pull-ups, and then rest for however long it takes for the two guys ahead of you to finish on the bench. Sometimes we added a little extra rest in there too. It was a pretty good system; one guy could bench, one could do pull-ups, and the other could spot the bencher.
Seriously... How am I going to get out of bed in the morning if I'm too weak to push the sheets off!?
Guess we figured out where one of our weaks points is, certainly it feels weak for me. Eric is really coming along on the pull-ups, Scott was an animal as usual.
Two burpee breathing pyramids in a row... *shakes head*
I gotta try me one of these BBPs soon! I enjoyed this one. Worked to muscle failure on both elements. I think (this being almost the first time I've bench pressed) that a bit of form work would help my benching. After a crazy PT session this morning, I don't know how I am going to move tomorrow...
