0.25 mi at 6:49 min/mi pace
Shoulders and upper back sore from climbing, so no O-lifting today. Worked on squat and deadlift form. Ran out of time to finish running.

Yeah, 75# is just over 50% BW. I saw some guys over at crossfit.com posting near bodyweight. That is insane!
