Core Dump

"Core Dump"

For time:
100 KTE
100 Good Mornings, 45#
100 Sit-ups
100 OHS, 45#

SS: 31:05
KL: 27:10
ED: 33:20

This was a great workout, a bit of a grinder, but so is Angie, the one this is modeled after. The workout hurt each of us in various ways. The OHS gave me a lot of trouble towards the end, but were a breeze for Eric, and he made up a ton of time on them. Kenway was consistent across the whole workout. I know he didn't rest at all on the good mornings. I felt pretty good about the KTE, but there was some definite core failure towards the end there as I was completely unable to get my knees up without resting.

All in all, the workout was good. Also, I had some egg-nog an hour before working out and didn't meet pukie, which is also good.

This was good insanity! I couldn't really move when I was done. Kenway sat on the floor for a good while. Scott had to lay down. Definitely a keeper.

Just no talk of egg-nog....
