Took it easy today, shoulder feeling a little sore (localized to the left infraspinatous). Snatch pulls were probably a tad heavy, shrug wasn't so fast. Cleans felt great, although I guess they should since 115 is <70% of my 1RM.

so, what exactly is a snatch pull? Like a deadlift in a snatch grip to a hang position?
