Ouch. Maybe not such a good idea after Diane's HSPUs yesterday, but we wanted to do something quick. Tried breaking up the push presses and jerks, but it felt like with a little more mental toughness I should have been able to do fewer sets. Pull-ups still felt (barely) like the harder component.
