Handstand push-ups (subbed vertical against the wall push-ups)

All sets broken: DL (11-5-5, 5-5-5, 6-3) and HSPU (7-7-7, 5-5-5, 5-4). DLs were OK but I felt the form slipping at the end of sets, was using more and more back and less legs. Definite assist on the HSPU, did them facing the wall but a little lip at the top of the padding allowed me some dorsiflexion help. ROM was OK (forehead to ground).
Kudos to Scott for jumping in headfirst (literally). Beastskills has some excellent tutorials on beginner and more advanced HSPUs (check out the clapping HSPU!).
