ME Lower

Warm-up:
overhead squats
good mornings
shoulder press
front/back squats to 155#

WOD 090907
10x1 front squat (165,175,2x180,2x185,2x190,195,200)

4x10 unilateral DB rows (60#)
3x10 (per arm) windmills (30# KB)

Last time I front squatted was for triples. Based on those numbers, I was shooting for 190# for 1RM, so I'm in the right ballpark. Unilateral rows (without support) are a brutal core exercise.

It's a possibility. Would be nice to finish off that 5.7+ that has been haunting me!

What's the transportation situation?

going to PATH to his house then drive from there to avoid the rush hour river crossing, though if it's later (7?) i think i could drive to get you

Place closes at 10:30, so were you guys thinking about heading out of the city around 6ish?
