Underwhelming cause it's the same as last time or because you didn't feel too bad afterwards? 13 is a good score and I'm not sure you should be upset about it.

Ah, Brian, you can ponder the whelmingness of it when you're on the beach with a Corona. That always helps perspective...

I hear running in the sand is a killer workout.
