some squat work

warmup:
CFWU x2
front squats

workout:
10x1 front squats (2x175, 6x185, 2x180)

cooldown:
1x5 Turkish get-up/windmill 25# (each arm)
70# barbell complex

The squats felt good to do, though 185 was a bit tough. It was nice to do some 1RM ME work just to gauge how I've progressed. Took some effort to stay in proper form for the whole motion, and eventually I almost lost it. Dropped weight at that point and finished the workout.

My ROM was below parallel starting out, but towards the end I wasn't going any farther than that. Parallel is still ok, but it's not ideal; that's why we work on these things though.

I think at 6'4", 1 parallel squat for you is like 2 for me!
