Beach workout III

200 meters push throw (at least 25# marble cylinder, 6-7 paces between throws)
200 meter walk with cylinder held at shoulder height
150 meters push throw (at least 35# rock, ~4 paces between throws)

Had to stop early to finish packing. Will definitely incorporate more odd object lifting in the future.

ahh, getting away from it all. good to know if you get stranded, you and your volleyball will stay in great shape...

Oddly enough, there was a gym (complete with skate park) in the middle of Troncones. Had a power rack and olympic barbells. Alas, the wealthy owner was not there to open it up, so I had to content myself with the beach (more fun anyways).

The place looks awesome! Did you fly in to a local airport? Looks like pretty sparse roads for miles and miles around...

Flew into Ixtapa, which is about a 30-40 minute drive.
