Welcome Heather! Gravity felt extra strong today, the squats felt much harder than in the past - Kenway thinks it's partially technique-generated, as we're starting to really lower into the hole. I think part of it is also consumption-related (as in alcohol). Either way, I'm ready for the weekend...
Heather worked on getting lower into the squat and was dropping much lower in the end. I remember transitioning from doing partial depth squats to really aiming for ATA, you really need to gain the flexibility and focus on technique (ie. sitting upright and back).

Two more possibilities for the fatigue today:
1) morning workouts, to which our bodies haven't adjusted yet
2) overtraining
