PT When Slow

10min stationary bike @ L9, 90RPM

IT band stretch using foam roller

Leg extensions 3x10 45#
Leg press 3x10 120#
Leg adductor 3x10 70#
Leg abductor 3x10 70#
Knee raise 3x10 70#
Hamstring curl 3x10 50#

Wall/ball supported squats 3x10 with elastic between knees
Backward lunges 3x10
Balancing on gel will doing straight leg extensions (with theroband)

Definitely felt being ill today. More stretching, especially working on maintaining lateral movement of the patella. They are worried about asymmetrical tension on the knee and especially the patella creating problems down the road.
