Workout felt fine today. If anything it was less metabolic and more muscle failure. The pull-ups were rough mostly because grabbing the bar was rough on the roof. Also, Kenway and I were on the same bar and apparently its clamp began to slip. Too much kipping I guess. All in all a good workout, here's the score from last time we did it (on my birthday no less).

Welcome back Eric!
Nice day to be on the roof, but never felt in it physically or mentally today. Between the thick bars and the long layoff, pull-ups felt difficult. Push-ups felt better, but probably took a few minutes off my time in the sit-ups by letting my arms come away form my head. The squats were *really* tough after yesterday's squatapalooza - think a rest day's in order...
100 squats seem like a great way to remind your knees of all the fun they missed the past couple of months!
