PT My Knee

10min stationary bike @ L9, 90RPM

IT band stretch using foam roller

Leg extensions 3x10 45#
Leg press 3x10 90#
Leg adductor 3x10 70#
Leg abductor 3x10 70#
Knee raise 3x10 70#
Hamstring curl 3x10 60,50,50#

Wall/ball supported squats 3x10 with elastic between knees
Backward lunges 3x10

Lying straight leg raise (4 ways) 3x10 4#

Basic stuff today. I was a bit sick so the bike felt harder than it should have. They spent a bunch of time working on my patella and stretching my hip flexor and it band.
