more shoulder work (thoracic outlet syndrome anyone?)

7x1 weighted pullups
KL #25,30,30,35,40,40,40
SS #25,25,30,35,40,40,40

5x10 OHS
5x10 KTE
KL #65,65,75,75,85(failed last rep)
SS #65,65,75,75,xxx

Was getting numbness in my left hand (ulnar side) while holding weight overhead, makes me wonder about thoracic outlet syndrome. Hanging for the KTE only makes things dicier.

See you guys skipped the front squats? KL, was your grip narrower than usual? I've had numbness when doing thrusters with dumbells, which I tend to hold closer to the midline than when I use a barbell. A grip change might be enough to alleviate any compression?

Nice work on them pullups.

yeah, we wanted to only do front squats or overhead squats, and we opted for the latter.

I had to bail on the 8th rep of the 2nd set, though I followed KL and upped the weight on the 3rd set. Of course, I had to bail on the 7th rep of that set. The fourth set, however, I made it all the way through 10 with no setbacks.

when it came to the last set, I went down with 75# and went to my knees, then again with 65#. There were some guys waiting for the rack, so we just called it.
