But really, it did suck. And was totally awesome. I haven't felt that terible since we did Tabata sprints. At least this time I didn't feel like my heart was going to stop.

Well, that time is only an estimate. Actually, Kenway's watch stopped halfway though, so we just tacked on 15 minutes to each of our times.
