The Scotty

So with the rowers taken, we subbed a workout of Scott's own devious
ingenuity, which I propose to name in his sick, demented honor.

2 rounds for time:

25 thrusters with 2x25# dumbells
25 pullups
10 25# turkish getup/windmill combinations

Looks easy, doesn't it? We both finished at exactly 33:17, including a
few minutes waiting for pullup stations. The getup combinations are a
killer...
