This was a good week, except for the 5 miles tempo run which was slower than it should have been. Adding miles to the long runs feels difficult, but its happening. This week the long run was in a region I have never visited. It turned out to be very nice, but I was nervous for a while since I had to run on a narrow path in the woods with no signs. It took me to this covered bridge in the middles of nowhere.
