This was yesterday's run. My pain and stiffness behind the knee is definitely there a bit this morning. I am having a hard time keeping the pace, this was barely within the limits (the desired pace was 8:35 to 8:45). The previous workout (tempo run) I only managed to reach the desired pace on two of the five miles.
