Warm-up:
dynamic squat stretching
frenchies
3x5 shoulder press (45x5, 55x5, 65x3, 75x2 then 3x90)
20 decline situps
10 plate swings
10 back extensions
Just going in to keep moving, gym was wicked crowded as per usual early evening. Presses felt really comfortable on the shoulder, probably as a function of keeping my elbows forward.
