Getting back into a groove of going regularly again, while avoiding squats to let my hip flexor heal. Realizing squats (and full cleans, etc) are pretty fundamental to my exercise routine - it's going to take some flexibility in programming.

Good metcon idea, I stayed conservative with the dead weight (should be ~185 for me right now) and subbed push-ups because the presses were tweaking my right shoulder. No time as I forgot my watch, roughly 10 min. Did all sets slow and steady and unbroken, could up the DL load next time for sure. Finishing HR ~165.
