A triumphant return?
Reactivated my Coles membership today...also ran into Dan Martin and Kevin Thom downstairs...I tried to represent the AD-side of NYU-economics but, par for the course, was going it alone...
20 laps upstairs...the Coles website indicates that the track is 1/6 mile (that seems awfully generous) which implies about 5k. While that's my target distance, it seemed to go a little too easy...maybe those hilly 5k runs in VA paid off...
Bench Press: 10 x {bar, 95} then 5 x {135, 140, 145, 150(2)}
Dumbbell Curls: 10 x {25, 30} then 5 x {35, 40(2)}
Skull Crushers 10 x {50} then 5 x {70, 80 (3)}
This is my first time doing flat benches for a while. Left shoulder felt a little tight but loosened up after the first heavier reps.
