Return to the gym after a long break = Not good.

Bench 5 x 5: 135, 145, 155, 145, 135

pullups / air squats: 10 / 20, 10 / 20, 5 / 10

20 min of rowing machine, mid tension, 3000 meters.

Yes indeed. This semester I tried to get back into a routine of making it to the gym, and focusing on that rather than performance. As with the end of the semester, all the conferences coming up, and my broken pinkie toe... I am afraid it will get even harder.

Any chance you'll find time for some rock this summer?
