Low bar squat 5 x 5: 155, 165, 175, 185, 195
5 x 15 situps / 10 pullups / 5 shoulder press [60, 75, 80, 85, 90]
20 minutes rowing, mid tension, 3900m.
First workout that feels good in months. Technique was solid, finished all my sets. The situps were sideways on a bench holding the side of the bench and lifting the torso and legs simultaneously. The pullups were dynamic (except the first set). Changing the angle of the hands from palms out (0 degrees), to 90, 0, 180 (palms in), to 0.
I guess lowering the weight and just showing up might finally payoff.
