Squats felt good today. Doing the lighter squats first made the form much easier to hold for the actual work sets. When working the lighter weight I was almost putting my butt on the ground which may be the first time I've ever done that with weight. I feel like I was really nailing the depth today on the work sets, going quite a bit below parallel, and I think the depth practice really helped that.
I stayed at the same weight as a week ago, but upped the rep count on each set. The first three reps always flew up, but I had to take a breather before the fourth or fifth usually. Still, this felt a lot better than it did last week. I'll increase the weight next time.
