Warm-up:
- 5 minutes running 8 mph pace.
- 5x5 Shoulder Presses: 50, 65, 65, 70, 70
- 5x5 high bar squats: 150, 195, 205, 215, 220
- 5 minutes rowing. Tension at mid-point.
- 15 minutes running 7.4 mph pace.
Just showing up. Pushing through. Came with Evangeline's nano and worked out on Sleater Kinney.

Are we still on for a Thursday morning session?
I don't think I was going low enough on the squats though, it felt like my back was going to buckle.
