Shanghai mini 3

Workout
Run: 8km with major hills
Walk/Jog: heartrate push to 158bbm(x2) [basically 15° fast walk, short cooldown then jog at 12°]
3x5 Squat @ 99Kg
3x5 Lat pulldown @ 8Kg (interleaved with the squats)
