Took a trip out to Brooklyn to lift at Crossfit South Brooklyn in their brand new space next to Brooklyn Boulders. Great space with a good vibe. In addition to the standard pound bumbers, they've got a set in kilos. Fractional plates, squats racks, rings and a very tall ceiling with ropes. Good setup, I'll be heading back.
Snatch was OK, a bit loose on the catch, and footwork a bit inconsistent. 180 was a struggle to stand up with, but I'll take it. Cleans felt great. Should have fought a bit harder for the last front squat rep.

Was it mondo crowded like the last time?
Not at all. The last class clears out around 8PM, and it's sort of open gym after that. I think there was one or two other guys lifting.
