3x2 power clean (2x145,150)
3-2-2 back squat (low-bar; 225,255,265)
3x5 shoulder press (95)
finished with foam rolling and stretching
I was looking forward to some squat volume all day today, but when I got to the gym I was just completely out of gas. Back is a bit sore from Monday, and when I corkscrewed the squats at 265, I called it to avoid doing anything bad to the back.
Feeling under-recovered lately. Started drinking olive oil again, beginning with 2 tablespoons a night and going up from there.
