4x5 floor press (135,145,150,155)
Squats started off a bit rusty, but felt really solid after about 260. My 1RM may finally be over 300 (will try some heavy singles on Friday). Really needed to squeeze my scapulae together to finish the last reps. Pretty tired afterwards.
I thought it was funny that I replayed the same song for every set of squats. Yeah Yeah Yeah's Runaway. Not exactly what I expected would work for heavy lifting, but somehow it did. Go figure.
