5x10 deadlift: 135, 155, 3x165#

3x10 dips
3x50 yd walking lunges

Getting over an illness so I thought I'd have an easy day at the gym.  Of course I completely forgot how bad walking lunges could be.  I think I've mentally blocked out the pain from that time we did walking lunges, 400 yds for time.  I had severe DOMs for over a week.  I think that was the workout that really made Adrienne think crossfit was not for any sane human being.  I feel like we should go back to it, just to put the demon to rest.  We could do it somewhere in central park even.
